Shipping and Return Policy

  • This document elaborate the Company’s shipping and Return Policy. We take special care about all orders by our client to maintain the high quality of our services. We keep in touch with our customers till our client receives the final package shipped within UK or worldwide.


  1. We will ship your order within one business day. Usually all orders are shipped at 2PM every day.
  2. It can take 2 or 3 days during Bank Holidays or Christmas time.
  3. If you are placing order on Friday after 2PM then the order will be shipped on Monday.
  4. We will send all order based in UK through Royal Mail or FedEx in case the order is equal 1kG or more.
  5. Shipping is free within UK.



  1. Items under £2,500 will be sent via insured Royal Mail Special Delivery for customers in the UK and by Royal Mail International Signed.
  2. For customers outside the UK, Items over £2,500 will be sent via Fedex insured delivery or via our own delivery drivers inside the UK.
  3. There will be no charge for delivery for items that have been purchased from Veblen Collectables.

Taxes/Custom Duties

  1. Company will not be liable of any kind of taxes/duties imposed by the government of the country.
  2. No charges will be paid on the airport by the Veblen Collectables for your order, imposed by the airport administration or the government.
  3. In case you do not want to pay taxes or duties on your items, your order will be returned to us, and we will refund in 3/5 business days minus the shipping fees.


Return Policy



If a customer experiences a problem with their order. Please email admin@veblencollectables.com and we will replace the item ASAP.

Note that you are required to make us aware of any issues with the contents of your order within 14 days of receipt.



In the event that you want to return your items, either send an email through to admin@veblencollectables.com or call us on (+44) 333 090 7421 with your order number, and we’ll take care of the rest!



In instances where a refund is requested, fees associated with shipping are not eligible for reimbursement.



In order to provide the highest possible level of service, we endeavour to process all of our orders as swiftly as possible. If you place an order and decide that you have changed your mind, there is a very small window of opportunity to notify us before your order is dispatched.



We cannot guarantee that your order request to cancel will be received on time, as orders can be processed in our warehouse even before your shipping confirmation is sent.


In the event that your cancellation is not received on time, you will need to return your item for a refund in line with our return policy.



As a customer, you are responsible for providing the correct email and shipping address at the time of purchase. We do our best to minimise processing and shipping times, which means there is a very limited amount of time available to cancel/change your order details.

If you would like to cancel or change your shipping details, please contact us at admin@veblencollectables.com as soon as possible after placing your order. We cannot guarantee that your order will not already have been dispatched. If it’s too late for our team to cancel your order, we will need to wait until the item is received to process a return for a refund. If your address is incorrect, we will need to wait until it is returned to the sender before we can proceed accordingly.


Extra Shipping Charges: If you upgraded your shipping and the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address and if you would like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for the upgraded shipping fees.
